Description

Kforce has a client in Madison, NJ that is seeking an Intermediate UI Designer II to start immediately.
This is a remote position and will likely remain working remotely when converted to a perm role.
The daily work schedule: 9AM-5PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM, this position is remote: Central, and EST time zones are preferred.

In this role, the UI Designer uses Figma. Summary: The UI Designer II will be working on digital products for agents to be successful.

Anyone coming from a corporate application background will likely be a good fit. We are looking for candidates to be well-spoken and a strong communicator to host research updates for the agents.

The UI Designer II must drive innovation by applying contemporary user-centered design methodologies to exceed expectations and delight the end-user.
As well, this role will work with multiple business constituents in a fast-paced innovative development environment sharing their expertise and promoting a community of cooperation, best practices, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience and someone that is ready to jump in

• Able to articulate and communicate research strategy and insights to teammates, business partners, and senior leadership to guide the company in creating world-class User Interfaces that are simple, consistent, and drive business results

• Strong experience with Figma, Google Material Design, Agile
