Position Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Fleet & Enterprise team, to productize and grow our White Label offering, while maintaining a close collaboration with the engineering team. From discovery to delivery, product managers articulate partner needs, work with engineering teams to find solutions and ensure that features contribute to the overall business strategy (conversion and retention).

White Label is a strategic driver for our company. It is about providing the most flexible experience for our key partners while automating processes and reducing maintenance costs. It is about enabling new features and finding creative solutions while working under the different partner constraints.

In a given day you might:

  • Manage remote engineering teams and ensure alignment of partner requests, internal roadmaps and short-term goals

  • Lead calls and articulate the status of multiple concurrent projects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Groom roadmaps, help define realistic goals and timeframes, schedule work and manage projects through to completion

  • Lead partner QBRs and facilitate discussion with technical teams and leadership

  • Use, and help improve best usage practices of internal organizational tools such as ProductBoard and Gitlab

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and partners. Become the trusted go-to person

  • Write key documents including: roadmap documents, feature briefs and release notes

What you need to be successful:

  • You have 3+ years as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager or similar role

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional remote teams

  • Some experience in application and microservice development

  • Iterative mindset with a bias toward action and improvement

  • Familiarity with both design and development agile methodologies

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with developer engineering workflows

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, public speaking skills

  • Preferred experience in cloud environments

  • Good understanding of how distributed systems and microservice architectures operate
