  • Existing relationships with Recruiters & outbound hiring

  • Tech/SaaS industry experience

What You’ll Do


  • Partner with Leadership, Hiring Managers and Teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies

  • Help define & build our employer brand online

  • Improve and execute on our creative sourcing strategies against prioritized due dates

  • Curate world-class talent pipelines

  • Write and edit the job description copy

  • Nurture talent pools

  • Provide a top notch candidate experience with diligent management and exceptional communication

  • Guide the recruitment process from end to end

  • Be prepared for quick hires

  • Manage & constantly improve our onboarding process

  • Provide a clear picture through data of the hiring progress, statistics & accomplishments
