Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and driving recruiting success throughout the WW US Studio Team. This will be achieved through providing quality end-to-end high volume, multi-location recruitment support to field leaders. You will have the opportunity to hire talent that works directly with our members by filling open positions in the assigned Region with high-caliber talent. You must be able to work independently but also build relationships and strong communications with hiring managers. You must be strategic as well as tactical to identify talent and move them through the recruitment process while always providing exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage end to end recruitment process in a high volume recruiting environment supporting multi-location field structure.

  • Candidate flow management in Workday (ATS) including; reviewing, screening, scheduling interviews, background checks and offer stage management.

  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement

  • Demonstrate the ability to keenly identify motivation and potential within talent and match to current and future openings.

  • Leverage in-market networks, community relationships, social media and other methods to attract top talent and build a talent pipeline

  • Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations to diminish time from screen to offer.

  • Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and explore innovative candidate sourcing channels

  • Provides recommendations and tools for localized employment events, such as virtual and/or in person job fairs and targeted advertising campaigns

  • Continually seek out process improvements and identify ways to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.

  • Participates in special projects, as needed.

Requirements:



  • Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships

  • Minimum of 3+ years successful recruiting experience, preferably in the retail industry

  • Demonstrated knowledge of hiring techniques required to source candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn

  • Ability to utilize Workday (Applicant Tracking System) to identify and track candidates is strongly desired.
