About the Role
Remote Year’s looking for a creative, experienced, energetic and business savvy Partner Marketing Manager that can drive business development and associated joint marketing agenda to accelerate our growth.
As a travel service for remote working professionals, there’s a ton of value we can provide for our customers using partnerships. Think remote working passes, fitness memberships, travel gear and so much more.
You will be driving who we reach out to, why it makes sense for us to work together and build not only fantastic marketing propositions but also enhance our product value proposition.

Prioritizes – Able to prioritize partnerships that drive the highest value and not get lost in the shuffle of possibilities
Collaborative – Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand how a partnership fits into our broader but small machine

Responsibilities
Segment and define types of partnerships we would like to work with, the drivers for partnering and the benefits they seek
Drive a partner opportunity pipeline, day to day partner engagement and close business
Define the give / gets between partners & Remote Year from a marketing and commercial standpoint
Work with rest of marketing to define and execute end-to-end integrated co-marketing campaigns
Work with product to develop add-on consumer value and operationalize it
Report on impact of partner deals to the business
Qualifications
Proven experience in Partner Management or Partner Co-Marketing experience
Strong Partner Relationship Management and excellent communication skills
Experience with B2C partnerships, travel partner experience a plus
Experience in creating effective co-marketing campaigns that drive web traffic at scale via digital, social, activation campaigns
Proven ability to work independently to drive partnerships and collaboratively with our team to bring them to life
