Job Description
We’re hiring Claims Specialists for a startup that provides specialized car insurance for essential workers. As a Claims Specialist, you’ll be assisting customers with their claims via phone, email, and text.
They’re a small, rapidly growing startup. You’ll play a critical role in their product, and there will be multiple opportunities for advancement across the product, marketing, and ops teams.

Bachelor’s degree
Based in the United States
Distraction-free home office
Stable internet connection
Excellent written communication skills
