This position is responsible for providing support to the Customer Success department, reporting directly to the VP, Customer Success to address the overall day to day business requirements. This position is a liaison between the Customer Success function and various internal departments such as Finance, Collections, Legal, Sales Operations, as well as having direct contact with customers.
Support the VP of Customer Success in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations
Customer Success lead on credit control project; liaise between Finance and Legal to stay informed of overdue customer invoices and a) following up with customers who are experiencing issues to ensure proper communication and b) validation point for Legal to confirm account suspension if customer is non-responsive to invoice payment
Work with Renewals Manager and Sales Operations to create and update migrated Salesforce opportunity data
Assist in Salesforce report creation as requested
Supports any special projects as they arise.
Other duties as assigned
Two years of operations, accounting or administrative experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment while remaining highly accurate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Follow detail instructions and stay organized
Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas
Working knowledge of Salesforce, including report building; bonus for Salesforce CPQ experience.
Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group
Experience in SaaS software a plus.
