The ideal candidate is an effective, assertive communicator who takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, quickly understands the needs of different stakeholders, and guides internal and external teams to successfully deliver on commitments. The role requires a deep understanding of film production and comfort managing vendor relationships. This person will be a storyteller at heart, developing an understanding of our customers and their success stories and working closely with directors to craft the most compelling narratives. This person will have excellent written and visual communication skills, and must relish operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment with a focus on customer success, always keeping their experience top of mind.

Responsibilities 


  • Collaborate with customer marketing team to identify & prioritize customers to feature in brand campaigns.

  • Partner across teams to develop film briefs, crafting inspiring narratives that satisfy brand level and product messaging.

  • Coordinate across all areas of marketing to develop a strategy and campaign to ensure each film’s successful promotion / distribution.

  • Project manage the customer marketing side of the production of customer films, in coordination with the photography and content team, with exceptional attention to detail, making the engagement as easy for the customer as possible.

  • Partner closely with the film director and producer to they have all the customer assets they need for a successful project.

  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) and work with internal teams to execute on tight timelines and within budget.

  • Develop and lead the strategy for customer film content on Salesforce+, the Salesforce streaming platform.

  • Brainstorm additional opportunities to new create film content using existing footage. Partner with YouTube social team to develop customer film strategy for that platform.

  • Support other ad hoc film projects as needed.

  • Be an effective business partner and provide consistent and clear communication.

Requirements


  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience (film & photography production, messaging), including customer-facing experience.

  • Proven experience effectively driving consensus across diverse teams in multiple departments, time zones, and functions with individual priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver positive customer experiences.

  • Experience in developing and delivering innovative and compelling presentations

  • Experience in launching new and innovative ideas.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with acute attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, Google Slide and PowerPoint skills.

  • Dynamic, confident personality that is self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

  • Can-do, positive, inspiring attitude with an outside-the-box, innovative and creative mindset.
