What You’ll Do

As part of the Osmosis Team, the Jr. Copywriter will partner across our marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative content and messaging to help us achieve our mission. While we love key results, key performance indicators, and goals to keep us organized and on track, at our size and stage all roles will evolve. Successful candidates will adapt with our ever changing organization.

In the first 90 days you will:



  • Meet the Osmosis Team and learn about our product and impact.

  • Onboard with Osmosis’ brand voice so you can begin to contribute by driving and enforcing our voice guidelines.

  • Write, edit, and craft messaging including digital advertising, email/CRM, educational content (including video), and product messaging.

  • Deliver copy that engages and converts customers, including leveraging data to quickly iterate and learn.

  • Utilize the Osmosis Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) guidelines in order to create inclusive copy that is approachable to our diverse audience.

  • Inject a brand-focus and traditional direct response copywriting where appropriate.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Osmosis brand voice and copy style.



About You



  • At least 1 year of copywriting experience.

  • Experience in B2C verticals.

  • Experience working across teams on cross-functional projects, preferably remotely.

  • Experience developing and maintaining legal guidelines, internal documentation, and messaging frameworks.

  • You have a keen attention to detail and impeccable research process.

  • You problem solve creatively, and are able to see an idea through from start to finish.

  • You can distill complex topics into simple, accessible language.

  • You can navigate ambiguity and work quickly while keeping a high bar for quality.

  • Our content is written and distributed in English, therefore, you must be able to deliver content fluently in English.

Additional Information

We are a remote-only team. This means you can work from anywhere in the world, with a flexible schedule that works for you! This is a part-time, contract role (10-15 hours per week).
