What You’ll Do



Use Workday to maintain and configure reporting and analytics that deliver relevant workforce information to a variety of audiences. Consult with partners across the enterprise including HR, Legal, Finance, and Sales to define and answer critical business questions about The Standard’s workforce. Analyze both structured and unstructured data and synthesize findings to create insights that inform practices and programs that effect the workforce. Must have experience working with sensitive or confidential data, data analysis and creating reports. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR programs and processes in addition to experience with analytic techniques specific to talent and workforce data.

The Skills and Background You’ll Need



Education & Experience: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Typically requires minimum 5 years experience, or the equivalent combination of education/experience. Requires experience with data systems, data analysis, report creation and sensitive data. Experience with Workday and experience in Human Resources preferred.


Knowledge & Skills: Curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication and math skills required. Knowledge of HR programs, talent data, basic survey methodology and a desire to use data to create insights, tell stories and inform programs preferred.


Job Complexity & Judgment: Works on problems of diverse scope, often including sensitive or confidential information. Exercises judgment and discretion. Requires analysis and evaluation of multiple factors to answer moderately complex questions and resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new processes or procedures.


Independence & Supervision required: Typically receives little instruction on daily work. May require general instructions on new assignments. Initiative and resourcefulness are required.


Interaction & Influence: Contacts are typically company-wide and sometimes outside the company to provide or obtain information. Must be able to effectively collaborate as a team member across functional areas and influence thinking. Work products may be consumed by other functional areas within HR and across the company, business leaders and employees.

Note: The Standard is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard’s package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

  • Please note, eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$59,600.00 – $116,500.00
