We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using a complete set of digital marketing tactics (i.e., SEM, SEO, email, content syndication, display advertising, retargeting, etc.). The Demand Generation Manager will create the road map for our digital marketing programs, developing strategies and tactics that effectively generate and progress leads to fill the sales funnel, and drive awareness among our ideal customer profiles.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the director of marketing to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of digital strategy development
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that leveraging email, paid search, programmatic, social, web, SEO, etc…
Leverage A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
Manage and maintain CRM, create dashboards that clearly illustrate marketing activity and impact, support sales team with sales process flow within the CRM, training and enforcement of processes
Oversee paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook etc… that drive lead generation and awareness
Own the administration of the company’s marketing stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, WordPress
Coordinate with appropriate internal teams on content creation to highlight most pertinent messages for customers and prospects
Act as manager on social media accounts
Work with the director of marketing and sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, etc…
Proactively learn about emerging digital marketing trends to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
The ideal candidate for this position:
Is creative and multimedia savvy, and has a strong background in B2B marketing with a proven track record of building multi-channel demand gen programs
Has a deep understanding of digital demand gen tactics, including SEO/SEM, paid search, programmatic, email, social media, content marketing, etc…
Is proficient with Word Press, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
Is an excellent writer, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of content examples and writing samples
Is a multi-tasker and able to manage concurrent, cross-industry campaigns
Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness and optimization strategies
Is a good communicator and is comfortable engaging across teams to gather information and input for digital marketing efforts
Demand Gen Manager Requirements:
Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
5+ years managing concurrent and/or cross-industry, multi-channel, B2B digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Insightful and perceptive.
